Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing if you're not home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, we will not issue refunds for lost packages in these circumstances.

How long is processing and delivery time?

All products purchased before 8pm are dispatched the next working day (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays (this does not include bank holidays).

Delivery time depends on the option you select at checkout.

During large restocks and sales and new launches, we can get extremely busy so dispatch and delivery may be delayed by 1-3 days for UK orders and upto 5 days for International orders. 

What do I do if I need my order urgently?

If you need your order asap for a special event or something urgent, please leave us DM on Instagram or TikTok before checkout and we will try our best to prioritise your order. Feel free to email us Yamanahlibaas@outlook.com for any urgent orders.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship internationally.

For customers located outside of the UK, delivery times may take between
5-10 days. However, please be aware that the actual delivery timeframe may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

If your package experiences a delay, you can use the tracking number provided and contact the respective courier service for further information.

NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT ON SUNDAY.

If you place your order on Saturday through Evri, we will try our best to ship it out that day, if you choose Royal Mail, we will ship it out that following Monday.

Customs and Duties

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These additional charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary from country to country, and we recommend checking with the customs authorities in your country for more information. 

We are NOT responsible for ANY charges. 

In order to receive your package you must pay the custom charges. If you refuse, the parcel will be returned to us and you will not be refunded for your order.
