Refunds and Returns
As a small business run by one mother, I kindly ask for your understanding. At the moment, I’m unable to offer refunds or exchanges. In shaa Allah, as the business grows, I hope to have the means to offer this in the future.
If you do have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. While we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, in certain cases we may offer a non-expiring store credit that can be used towards future orders.
Quality Check:
Every abaya is checked carefully before being packed and sent out to make sure it meets our standards.
Product Details:
Please read all product descriptions and our policies carefully before placing an order. Any important updates or changes will be clearly mentioned in the description.
Customer Responsibility:
It’s the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with our products and policies before purchasing to avoid any confusion later on.
Faulty Items
In the very rare case that the abaya you receive is faulty, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review the issue and discuss the best way to resolve it.
